Re/Max International Inc., Unveils Their New International Headquarters

The National real estate franchise, RE/MAX International has opened its 14-story, 259,000-sf headquarters in Denver, Colorado. The office complex, which also includes a 288,000-sf parking garage, was built under an aggressive, 18-month schedule by the local office of The Weitz Co., from Des Moines, Iowa.

The 12-story high-rise sits on a tight 4.5-acre site in one of the busiest areas of the Denver Tech Center. The building features a 9,000-square-foot, 96-seat, theater-styled auditorium, a 15,000-square-foot television studio -- and a commercial-grade, cushioned-floor employee fitness center.
