BrokerIPTV : I am here at Inman Connect in New York city 2008 a the Beer For Bloggers Event with Scott Sambucci, And Scott with Altos Research, Altos was the Inman Connect award winner in San Francisco for most innovative new product. And Scott may be you can answer some questions on why would I want to have Altos on my blog or my website? What does your product offer to the effect of real estate agents today?

Scott Sambucci: Right, that is a great question, we get that every day. Mostly we think about where people are coming to get market information, people start thinking about selling a home, buying a home it is the first thing they do. They go to the internet and they are doing a search. They want to know what is going on, how is the market? And so that is the reason people blog right. They want to be those, they want to be the people that show up, when you are doing a search on say Mamo park real estate [phonetic]. So it is not just blogging but it is adding a content that people want and need and developing a stickiness to your site, because now people are coming and they are seeing these markets stats, they can track it week to week. All the data are always updated automatically. So now your website becomes a resource for people, not just the place to read.

BrokerIPTV : Wow excellent, is this something that brokers have to sign IDX agreement force, is it something like a widget, that I can just throw on my blog and you guys keep it for me.
