The 1997 values of $217,000 have been increasing almost always by more than 10% each year, to reach 2007's average sales price of $523,000. Despite all the doom and gloom of 2007, Summit County saw a 17 percent increase in values in 2007 alone. Local and state industry professionals see no slowdown for the coming year.
