The Real Estate Web Design and Marketing Blog recently launched an AllAccess 60 Day Blog Challenge for realtors who want to improve their blogs and find motivation to make it the best it can be, stressing quality over quantity.
To kick it off, they have a listing of "back-to-basics" tips that will help new bloggers figure out what they're doing, inspire burned-out bloggers and everyone in between.
Read others' blogs to inspire you, find ideas and see what important trends are out there for your colleagues, customers and others in the industry. By subscribing to various agent and tech blogs, you'll gain some insight into what you can write about.
Comment on others' blogs to practice writing, if you aren't up to blogging posts of your own at first. This will give you some way to get started and you may find you can write a post based off a comment.
Be conscious of your audience: who would want to read your blog? Are you giving them content that is relevant and interesting?
Establish and maintain goals and habits. By setting attainable goals and a routine, and paying attention to best practices, you'll generate results and avoid burnout.
