A 50 Year Deal for the Better Homes and Gardens real estate brand.

8.5 Billion Dollar  Realogy  announced the revamping of its Better Homes and Gardens real estate brand, signing a 50-year licensing agreement with a publishing company to use the .Brand.  Other Realogy franchise brands include Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA and Sotheby's International Realty. Realogy  is owned by private equity firm Apollo Management  LP.
