| BlackBerry Users get Free Apps |

BlackBerry users are being credited $100 worth of free apps from Research in Motion, the makers of the popular phone.
Due to service interruptions last week
that affected BlackBerry users around the world, Research in Motion, makers of
the BlackBerry, announced that it would offer $100 worth of free apps to
customers that were inconvenienced last week.
Millions of BlackBerry users were
without service for up to three days last week but RIM says that service had been
restored by Wednesday night for users in the United States.
RIM will offer the free downloads beginning
October 19th, 2011 and will be available until the end of the year.
