Kam Hubbard: I am looking to basically incorporate new age Web 2.0 marketing and mix that with the traditional marketing techniques and to improve my business and also to network with fellow Realtors® across the country, sharing ideas, learning from them.

BrokerIPTV: So, what have you picked up already in just this short amount of time?

Kam Hubbard: Mary McKnight from RSS Pieces spoke this morning and it was on SEO, incorporate SEO to improving web pages as far as search ranking in the web pages.

BrokerIPTV: So, do you have a blog out there in Iowa then?

Kam Hubbard: I do have a Tomato blog, that is www.iowahomeinfoblog.com. I just recently got started, so it is in its infancy stage, but this morning, Mary McKnight gave me some good ideas as far as improving from here on out how to improve my blog.

BrokerIPTV: Great. So, how is the market out there in Iowa then?

Kam Hubbard: Steady Eddie right now. Last year average medium price is 180,000. We have, basically, we are... we don't see the ups and down fluctuations. It is a good time to buy a home in [Inaudible] areas.

BrokerIPTV: Great. Well, we appreciate your time and we are looking forward to seeing you throughout the event.

Kam Hubbard: Hey I appreciate you being here and I look forward to the rest of the talks.
