Brian Brady: Hello everybody. This is Brian Brady for BrokerIPTV.com here at the BloodHoundBlog Unchained social media marketing conference sponsored by zillow.com here in Phoenix, Arizona and we have a local real estate agent with Keller Williams Arizona Realtors, Doreen McPherson; how are you doing today?

Doreen McPherson: I am good. How are you?

Brian Brady: I spoke to Doreen. I was fortunate to speak to Doreen a few months back before we got going on Unchained and tell me why you decided to sign up for the Unchained conference.

Doreen McPherson: I wanted to find out about Web 2.0 and how social networking can help build my business.

Brian Brady: So you are here? What did you learn so far? What did you learn yesterday?

Doreen McPherson : I learned that blogging and having your own blog and having it setup so that it ranks high in the search engine.

Brian Brady: You don't have your own blog right yet. I think you are right now working on another platform, is that correct.

Doreen McPherson : Yes, I am on ActiveRain right now.

Brian Brady: So, what action do you want to take after hearing Mary McKnight yesterday.

Doreen McPherson : I am going to be setting up my own blog, contacting Mary to take care of that.

Brian Brady: That is good. It is okay. Today, we started talking about a lot of stuff. What are some of the things you learned about today in terms of connectivity with the consumers on the Internet?

Doreen McPherson : Lot about social networking and the different options, different avenues of social networking that are available and just how it helps build your business.

Brian Brady: So, give me two things it might do, give me one platform you might take; you are already on one now, talk about what you will do with that platform.

Doreen McPherson: Okay, I am on LinkedIn right now and what I can do with LinkedIn is find people that I already know, people I have worked with in the past, people... other people that I know right now and make contact with them and work with them, business [Inaudible].

Brian Brady: Better buy some brain cells from them too?

Doreen McPherson: Right.

Brian Brady: Well, that is what we are hoping. You learnt about a new technology or a new platform today. Where might you go to get people offline?

Doreen McPherson: MeetUp, that is new to me. I haven't used that before so I have got to learn more about it and how it works and what I need to do to get involved with that.

Brian Brady: So, we are half way through the conference. What do you think so far?

Doreen McPherson: A lot of information...a lot of good information.

Brian Brady: Did you get your money's worth?

Doreen McPherson: Yes.
