Nick Bastian: I am from Tempe, Arizona and I have been in real estate here for almost 16 years now.

BrokerIPTV : So, what is your take on the Unchained event you just attended?

Nick Bastian: Lot of really good information, lot of good people. I have made a lot of friends online that you come here, you kind of put a face to their blog where you have been reading just really good information for realtors to learn social networking.

BrokerIPTV : Right. You didn't think I was like as good looking in person as how I am...

Nick Bastian: No. No, I didn't. I had no idea and I was very impressed, especially driving you guys all over town. [Laughs].

BrokerIPTV : [Laughs] Excellent. So, I guess you are going to continue blogging, get more blogs up; any tips or tricks you learned?

Nick Bastian: Lot of good tips, tips and tricks from Mary as far as... it seems like there is a right way and a wrong way to do, you know, the keywords in the optimization and it can really boost your business as far as getting people to your sites.

BrokerIPTV : Absolutely.

Nick Bastian: And this whole... they talked about forming communities and you can do that online. The old way was postcards and the new way is getting information out to your clients on a web based system.

BrokerIPTV : Yes, you were talking about maybe even starting a farm area here with the light rail that is being built in Downtown Phoenix.

Nick Bastian: We are. We are going to do some stuff with the light rail as far as raillife.com. We will chronicalize everything going on along that line; businesses, communities, restaurants, sporting information, just to give people a really true feel for the community here. And it is something new that we really think people are going to be interested in.

BrokerIPTV : So, you think Unchained was worth your time and the money?

Nick Bastian: Absolutely. Absolutely. I hear that they are going to be doing more of these, so we will be there.

BrokerIPTV : So, you are going to be there down in NAR in November?

Nick Bastian: I haven't decided that yet [Laughs].

BrokerIPTV : Unchained is going to be there as the pre-NAR through the NAR.

Nick Bastian: Really? I haven't heard about that yet. So, you guys give me all kinds of good information, just all over this week. We got everything from just a welcome information for people here.
