BrokerIPTV: Today we are talking with Chad Burnett, owner
of Active Realty Solutions. Chad,
welcome to the show. Thanks for being
with us.
Chad Burnett: Thanks for having me.
BrokerIPTV: In the previous segment, we talked about your
Active CMA product. You also have a
product called Active Email Alerts?
Chad Burnett: Yes.
BrokerIPTV: Tell us about that.
Chad Burnett: Email Alerts is simply that. It is a product that agents can use to stay
in touch with their buyers and their sellers.
If they have a buyer and they are from out of town and they want to keep
them up to date on the market, it will simply send them emails whenever they
come on the MLS. Soon as there is a new listing, it will send it to them. For sellers, it keeps them up to date on the
market. So, when you put a listing on
the market, every week or every day or every month, however you want, it will
send them an update on the market, anything new on the market, new actives,
anything recently under contract or recently sold.
BrokerIPTV: So, the end user here is both the consumer
and the real estate agent.
Chad Burnett: Yes and no.
The end user is real estate agents who...
BrokerIPTV: Sets it...
Chad Burnett: Buys it and sets it up, but the sellers and
the buyers are the beneficiaries. They
get sent all the information.
BrokerIPTV: Do they create an account for the consumer?
Chad Burnett: Yes.
BrokerIPTV: Okay.
Chad Burnett: It is based on the consumer account totally
and they set up their profile. Once they
have set their profile in the MLS system we have, anything that comes up in
that area that they are looking for, it will send it out to them. I found that a lot of products are designed
by programmers. I designed all these, so
our tag run is for agents, by agents and so, I try to create stuff that we
actually need and can use without having to get another degree in computers.
BrokerIPTV: Yeah.
Chad Burnett: And so, it is simplification of systems that
are kind of out there and then we just kind of improved on them as well. We have made it really user friendly. It is fully flexible. If you want to add anything, you can. In any situation, these programs can be
used. We have taken in our CMA product,
what will be called cheat sheets or value sheets, so
whatever price range you are in, it already knows based on the comparables you
entered.
BrokerIPTV: Okay.
Chad Burnett: Then those value sheets appear for
that price range. So, it knows the value
of the bedrooms and the bathrooms and the walk out basements and the square
footage adjustments and all the myriad adjustments based on the price range we
are already in.
BrokerIPTV: How difficult is it staying up with home
values in such a volatile market?
Chad Burnett: This product makes it a lot easier. I can literally take this product and go in
an area I have not been in and it will help me to learn what is going on. This product really helps prove your
point. If you ethically believe that the
price that you are recommending is correct, you now have a system to show that
and you really have a better chance of not only listing or selling more homes, but
when you list a home, you get under contract and not just signs on the yard
that something to get
reasonable prices.
BrokerIPTV: What is the next evolution in the product?
Chad Burnett: We have a search product coming out that will
help you search the MLS and really saves you online time. It is really easy, fast, quick, really fast
searches and it is live searches, so, you can enter all the criteria and grab
it and throw it in, which will also tie in conjunction with the other two, so,
the email alerts and the CMA can all be tied into one product where you can
have any of them individually as well.
