DOJ Lawsuit Is A Big Issue Realtors Need To Know About

Dennis Johnson from Breckenridge, Colorado with Paffrath and Thomas Real Estate. Dennis serves as a National Association Director for Colorado, he is also Chairman for the Resort and Second Home Properties Committee and is active in the National Association Leadership And Advisory Council. Dennis feels that the Department Of Justice, DOJ, lawsuit against NAR for Restriction of Trade is the single largest concern for the Realtor on the street and wants the Realtor community to be aware of the time and money that NAR has spent in regards to defending this issue.
