Good news for Colorado, Denver and Colorado Springs made Forbes Top Housing List for Investors. This may help spur the jobs market for locals along the Front Range areas. Forbes recruited a real estate research firm out of North Carolina called Local Market Monitor to assemble their list of top housing markets, and was published on September 10th. The criteria for making the list was rapid population expansion, bottomed out home prices, and a predicted job growth.

Denver made the 8th spot on the list and Colorado Springs secured the number 6 spot.
