Denver home prices, overall, fell by much smaller margins than the rest of the nation and now are only 18.5 percent below their all-time peak of August 2005.  The national price decline was 37 percent over the same period of time.

Denver is outperforming national prices, according to a new report on prices nationwide from real estate data provider Clear Capital, but Denver is similar to the nation with prices declining 5.2 percent (as of Nov. 30th) from the previous quarter this year.  Nationwide prices were down 5.8 percent.
