The new RealBird map-based property search rolled out this week, and Agent Genius' Janie Coffey hs written a rave review about the service.

RealBird pulls its search from Google Base, meaning realtors have more to find than through their local IDX. An unlimited amount of searches can be created and shared in myriad ways throught its simple embedding code.

Other features include information pulled from other Google apps such as Street Views and Google Earth, fast, intuitive searches, and SEO-friendly features.
