A real estate marketing firm, 1000 Watt Consulting is developing an app for your mobile phone to answer that daily question of all real estate professionals ..."How's the market?"

"It's the first thing people want to know about." writes Katie Lance on the Future of Real Estate Marketing.

The company says the app will combine "street-level" real estate knowledge with data to back it up and get it out there in a way that builds engagement and business.

They are hoping to launch the app by early summer.  They are signing up participants for their beta platform while they test it.
