BrokerIPTV: And we are at Inman Connect in San Francisco 2008 and I am talking today with Ines and Ines, maybe you can help me a little bit. I know you got a site called miamism.

Ines Hegedus-Garcia: That's correct.

BrokerIPTV: And I like to consider I have been on your miamism site many time. I see guys populate your own photos, do your own video, and truly a prime example I think of what blog should be as far as true localism.

Ines Hegedu Garcia: That's right and we enjoy doing that and we become actually experts within our community by doing that.

BrokerIPTV: So, what's been the comment and feedback from the consumers out there in Miami?

Ines Hegedus-Garcia: The feedback at first, they thought it was a magazine believe it or not. They are like, "Oh, what is this magazine?" They didn't realize it was a real estate site, but we have managed to drop the sales and make it more about the community and talk a lot about what is going on, local events, and obviously a lot of real estate as well and real estate stories, so it makes it a win, but it is fun. It is a fun site and we are getting really great feedback.

BrokerIPTV: You don't have to be a professional photographer, you don't have to be a professional videographer, it is about localism and it is really about the fact that you are reporting this from the street to your blog and letting consumers know, you guys really do know a lot about Miami.

Ines Hegedus-Garcia: And you know what, I think you hit the nail on the head. It is really important for us, for someone that is relocating to Miami to know what Miami is about and for example, we went out on our boat the other day and there was the Miami River at night and it has been one of our most beautiful videos and it is just portraying the city, downtown Miami, what you see, all the things that are out there that just make Miami what it is and make people move there. So....

BrokerIPTV: Right. So, once again, the site is miamisms, that is plural, dot com.

Ines Hegedus-Garcia: Actually, it is singular. Did I... can I correct you?

BrokerIPTV: Yeah, sure.

Ines Hegedus-Garcia: It is miamism.com.
