I am Jay Thompson, I am the Phoenix Real Estate guy and run the www.phoenixrealestateguy.com webblog. I am Speaking at Inman at bloggers connect. Its been going on morning, its been some really good sessions, a lots of different discussions about the future direction of blogging, what real estate agents need to do with their web blogs and how to make them successful. I am speaking this afternoon in an open forum kind of Q and A kind of thing and I think blogging, real estate web blogging is really really critical. I am not saying that every body should jump on the blogging band wagon. Its not for every body, you need to enjoy, you need to be able to write well but if you can it is a wonderful way to reach out to clients and thats going to critical in the future. Its a rough market out there for just about everybody. The more venues and more avenues you have to reach out to potential prospects and clients, then the better off your web blogging spirit way to do that, its the way to interject your personality out there on the internet and any thing that can separate you from Joe average realtor out there is a good thing in the kind of market that we are facing right now.
