Hi, I am Jeff Bernard. I am with RE/MAX Alliance center, Denver, Colorado enjoying the NAR convention. I like to talk for a movement about one of the seminars that I attend, one of the many very good seminars that I have enjoyed here. Its primarily about third party real estate listing web aggregation and let me be most specific. If you go sites like a postlets.com for example, you can aggregate your listening and that listening can go into several different providers on the internet that provide information about your listening in various parts of the country, of course including Denver, Colorado.

It is very interesting how this is all beginning to take place. As several aggregators out there, yet the information that they have is still a little bit disseminated. There is not enough congruency, but it is getting there. I think we are finding that the way that we deliver information and the way we try to deliver information as brokers using multiple listing services as quickly becoming a dieing breed and we need to take a different look at this and say
