Jeff Brown gets Unchained at the Bloodhound Blogging Convention

BrokerIPTV: We are at BloodHoundBlog Unchained and Jeff Brown, once you tell me, we were just talking and you tell me you are an investor.

Jeff Brown: Yeah, we have a real estate firm in San Diego Brown and Brown Investment Brokers and we have recently had in the last four or five years had to move out of San Diego, go nationwide, because the San Diego properties aren't worth investing anymore. So, by default we have kind of become more of a national broker, searching for the growth regions, which are few and far between that still exists.

BrokerIPTV: Yeah, so, then what is your take on Phoenix?

Jeff Brown: We used to really like Phoenix. We are giving Phoenix a rest right now. We still think though that it is going to live up to its name and it is going to, we think it is going to shock the world in a few years.

BrokerIPTV: yeah, the rising Phoenix? So, tell me what you are speaking on tomorrow then.

Jeff Brown: It is going to be a little of everything. I am going to be telling people how to combine the 1.0 world with the 2.0 world.

BrokerIPTV: So, that is what you are doing here at the social media, then you said you are the Trojan horse?

Jeff Brown: Yeah, well, everybody sells houses here and I am the investment guy. So, I just kind of sneak in and press here and press there and try to find the good pressure points to make my points with them on how they can increase their business.

BrokerIPTV: Right, maybe by working with investors?

Jeff Brown: Not only with working with investors, but in going back and forth with guys like me, maybe in their area where you can get some synergy with investors that want to stay where they are in their cities or move out into areas like Brown and Brown does.

BrokerIPTV: Oh, excellent. Well, we will be looking forward to your speech tomorrow then. Thank you very much.
