Keith Garner- NAR Bloggers Lounge A Success

I am Keith Garner, the Managing Director of Center For Realtor Technology, Department of the National Association of Realtors. The Center For Realtors Technology hosts the bloggers lounge as a way for us to a reach of the community or the blogger community that we dont always get a chance to talk to and to give the bloggers a comfortable place to come and write their blog post. There area those that considered bloggers not to be part of the press is the bloggers are a new thing and so we decided to give them a place, if they cannot get accesses to the press room. They come and write their blog post. It has been great. It has been very popular this year. We can do in a for two years now.

Center for Realtor Technology is a department of NAR and we exist to serve members. One of the bloggers, I was talking to earlier in a week actually described this is a "skunk works", which is in for part of the code writing part of stuff, we do is probably very accurate statement, but we also do educational sessions, here at annul as well as any state and local association that comes to ask us free and do white paper news, whatever and are really just there to be a technology knowledge source for members who are really a member resource.
