We all have high hopes of our economy bouncing back and our lives returning back to normal, what ever that may be. There are signs we look for, such as the rise or fall of gold prices or the rise or fall of stock market prices. For the housing market there are also signs. One such sign is the sale and purchase of luxury and high end homes. In Aspen, Colorado one such home just sold.

The buyers representatives said "this is a significant signal given the downturn in the Aspen real estate market over the past two years." The same can be said for the real estate market locally and nationally, any major events or sales we see spurs our hopes that our economy and housing market is on the rebound. If people are buying again, then people are making money as well. Hopefully we see more of it in the near future.
