BrokerIPTV : Now, is this all 2008 technologies slatted or is this going to getting relatively soon or what is the time frame? MAPPING SOLUTIONS Brent Cutcliffe: Most of this is 2008, early 2008, but also the big technology that we are looking at for 2008 is mapping and this will allow you to use mapping tools to search the MLS database, as well as advanced mapping tools to choose the best properties. BrokerIPTV : How about most requested service from a realtor? CUSTOMMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT- CRM - SOLUTIONS Brent Cutcliffe: Sure, beyond a professional search tools, the most requested thing we are having today is Customer Relationship Management or CRM. Realtors use this to generate and manage leads and also to retain the clients after the close. This is something that we are looking at for possible future implementation. BrokerIPTV : I like ability to go schedule my showings online. So my question to you is how long is it going to take for all of the other companies and brokerage firms to get aboard on that? Brent Cutcliffe: Right now we have about 20% of the listings under management, in terms of actually setting the showings that is a little bit less than that and usage will grow. This feature is offered in Prime Access module, so we feel as the usage of Prime Access increases, so will the usage of the appointment setting. BrokerIPTV : That is great feature, I love it. Thanks.
