Dan: Today we are talking with Mike Ernstsen from the Ernsten Group at FullerTowne and Country Properties and Mike thanks for being with us.

Mike: Thanks for having me Dan...

BrokerIPTV : Tell us about the Ernstsen group, who are you guys, what to you do?

Mike: Well we are a family team. We have been together for as a team as for best for about going on the year now, before that it was my mom Joyan who has been in the business for 30 some odd years .She claimed she is the oldest living realtor, but she is not And my brother who has been with her for about 5 or 6 years.

BrokerIPTV : We heard thoughts about being in part of a team concept?

Mike:-. I really like it. I think there is a lot of benefits to it. Our clients get the benefit of having four full time agents which brings four minds, for sets of ideas in such. We do have .... they do have one point of contact through out a transactions process, but I think it brings a lot of people's ideas and thoughts together and really it serves our clients well in that.

BrokerIPTV : I think there are some agents out there that would think about maybe I should join a team or maybe I should stay on my own. Can you get into some of the advantages as well as the disadvantages?

Mike: Sure I think the good things are about it are you have flexibility in your schedule you are free to kind of take off when you know someone else's casual back there Someone else is familiar with the transaction and that's obviously one of the best things about working as a team I know personally on my own, I would have had a lot harder time to company like Fullerton and Country where there is a lot of experienced people. A lot of very knowledgeable agents. Disadvantages when we afford people sometimes there is four times as much e-mail when it takes longer to make some of the decisions, when really stay focused as one unit. So that's probably the biggest disadvantage.

BrokerIPTV : One of the reasons we wanted to talk to you and we pick you is because, there is one thing of working with friends and colleagues, and there is another working with family. Is that to your friction working with family?

Mike: I don't think, I don't think we really have a friction, and as a family we really don't either, so as a business we do not.

BrokerIPTV : Business plan for your team in 08?

Mike: In 08 I think in 08 we are going to learn how to I think this will be kind of our sophomore year to learn how to work more effectively as a team, we are going to try some new marketing things. Some of the old trying true things have really we found out that had worked for us a lot but I come from the technology background. I did spend a lot of years doing there. So I would like to pursue that more I think there is definitely a good future in that for the Ernstsen group and for me in journal.
