Bill thanks for joining us. I want to start off talking a little bit about changes in real-estate marketing when it comes to newspapers?
Bill Cummings: Well I think newspapers have to remain relevant in what they are doing and at the Denver newspaper agency with the post in the news were looking to do much more relevant programs and opportunities for not only realtors, but builders.
BrokerIPTV : Is there parts of what has worked in the past the old model that still work today?
Bill Cummings: I think there is always as with realtors there is always room for old models and new models. I think the thing thats important is what model makes the phone ring and so thats what we are looking for.
BrokerIPTV : And have you figured that out?
Bill Cummings: Yeah. Its a mixture of things, its web, its pure online, its print and then its very targeted types of advertising messages.
BrokerIPTV : Is that what you are getting for feedback from realtors mostly or what are they saying?
Bill Cummings: Well realtors are looking for the magic bullet to use the term above phrase and there isnt the magic bullet. I think its finding the right price in the right medium to advertise a product.
