Pat Zaby - Contact Manager Is Critical To Success

Hi, this is Pat Zaby and I am here at the 2007 NAR convention, on the trades show floor. Seminars and Systems, our company puts together materials for Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook  So you can run your Real Estate business on Microsoft office. A lot of real estate agents, in fact most real estate agents are using outlook for their e- mails and it just make seems to be easy for their contact manager also. If I had any suggesting to talk to agents about I would first of all say you contact managers the most important piece you got. You got to take good care of your 8 year customers, because if you dont take care of your customers somebody else would take care for you.

So, the first thing I would look at is the categories that make sure that you got your contacts categorized. The next thing I would do is make sure that you do everything from the contact record that way you will have a history of all of it in there.

The third thing I would probably tell you are about your contact managers is to be sure that you make notes on every single thing you do. You can taken enough, you go below to remain everything you talk to be pulled out. So, when you write it down it is not just good risk reduction, its good sales technique also.

So if you like in a more about our product, we can help you used Microsoft office to run your business zone. Please go the www.patzaby.com.
