Newly launched apartment directory, Rentjungle.com, is making apartment listings and searches much easier and smarter.
Rentjungle.com's innovative technology aggregates existing listings, presents vacancies on an interactive map, and drives users back to the apartment's own Web site or other featured listings. This means apartment managers needn't lift a finger, except to answer the phone when prospects call.
Working much like Google, Rentjungle.com scours the Internet and pulls together apartment listings from a variety of sites, but it one-ups Google by focusing solely on apartment searches and displaying results either on a simple, interactive map or as a listing with links to Google street views. The site also lists resources for everything users want to know about locating, leasing, moving and decorating their new places, as well as articles on subjects ranging from down payments to contracts.
Other great features of Rentjungle.com include a comparison shopping feature that helps users figure out if they're paying (or charging) too much for rent, and a Facebook apartment search app that lets you search and share listings with multiple future roommates.
