In this video from Inman News of the 2010 Real Estate Connect conference, Charles Moore, president and CEO of McGuire Real Estate, says he expects to see an "equilibrium where prices are meeting demand" in the housing market this year, with activity up from 2009. It will still be a "hard year," he says, even though he expects 2010 will be an improvement from the "great transition" in 2009. 2011 "will ultimately be the year we celebrate," he adds.
