BrokerIPTV: We are coming to you from the Garden Court at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco. We are at Inman Real Estate Connect 2008 and I am here today with Jim Secord and Jim, welcome.

Jim Secord: Thanks Mark.

BrokerIPTV: Why don't you tell us the name of your product and the basis behind it?

Jim Secord: Sure. Our company is Most Home Real Estate Services and we work with leading brokers all around the country to help them manage their Internet leads. We've got a team of licensed Realtors® that work up in Vancouver, Canada seven days a week basically in behind the websites of various companies around the country to make sure that every lead, every inquiry that comes in is responded to within five minutes, followed up with a personal phone call and email or a chat session or whatever means that that person wants to contact that company and we basically provide that first level of customer service.

BrokerIPTV: So, you guys are like an intermediary. As a real estate broker, I won't have to depend on myself or my brokers to respond to any lead that comes into my site?

Jim Secord: Exactly. We just... we plug in transparently. Everything that we do is on behalf of that particular that we are dealing with. So, as far as the customer goes, we are just... they are talking to the customer service group of whether it is Keller Williams or Prudential or RE/MAX or whoever it may be and you know our job is basically to provide just a fantastic experience when someone wants to reach out, you know inquire about whether it be a listing or about selling their property.

BrokerIPTV: What about cost? I mean what does something like this cost? How do you base it?

Jim Secord: It is done on a per lead basis. So, ranges you know anywhere from you know 10 to 12 dollars per lead that comes in and the ROI on that is you know pretty simple. You have to have between you know whether it is a 100 leads to 150 leads or more a month for it to make any sense, but if you do, if you think of the cost of building out a call center, staffing it seven days a week, running early morning to late night, to do all that, well it makes more sense to outsource that to a company that has core expertise around doing that.

BrokerIPTV: Well Jim, it sounds like a great service. I have to look into it myself. I appreciate you sharing those ideas with us.
