REALTOR.com® recently updated its search capabilities with open source search technology.

Buyers now have the ability to conduct a more specific home search based on specific details, narrowing  down a search by neighborhood and exact address, and by using search options such as the number of bedrooms, price, and property type. It's far more quick and intuititve than its predecessor.
