Danny Sedjati, CEO of Manhattist, believes we need to initiate more government programs to help the real estate market recoup. There is a mix of domestic and foreign investors who want to purchase properties in the United States and a realtor incentive or a government program may help boost buyer confidence in real estate agents as well as the industry. Mr. Sedjati believes we need to see the privet sector as well as the government working together to find solutions.
