Broker IPTV : Today we are talking with Steve Klein, the director of the Advanced Media Sales for Comcast Spotlight and thanks for being with us.

Steve Klein: You are welcome, great to be here.

Broker IPTV : Hey, tell us about this new product you have unveiled, what has it been in the last year?

Steve Klein: It is an on demand publishing for real estate specifically. It has been around for about a year. We have really tried to piggy back on success that video on demand has seen in our Comcast markets. Last month alone we saw over 275 million views on demand, as you can imagine there is a lot of qualified eye balls looking at that content, we felt that there was an opportunity to work with realty community to bring those qualified eye balls to them, to help them sell some property.

Broker IPTV : So I click 888?


Steve Klein: And by clicking on any 888, you click in to real estate and when you click in there you will see everything from long form video to video classified listings that we are talking about today.


Broker IPTV : Now, I am an agent, I have my listing up on the channel for people to take a look at and so forth, what type of traffic are we seeing on that?

Steve Klein: The product has been launched across the country in most of our major markets and we're just seeing an amazing amount of traffic to the real estate section; up market, down market it doesn't really matter, people are always shopping for homes and what we are finding is that in any given week, we have got thousands of people shopping for homes in each of our markets, we are using as product. If a realtor is interested in posting a listing, they can visist www.vodrealestate.com.


Broker IPTV : How about feedback form the consumer, what are they saying?


Steve Klein: The consumer feedback has been very very positive, if you are a cable subscriber and watch a lot of those home based shows, there is a lot of the interest in seeing people's homes and what they have to offer. There are a lot of real estate shows out there and we are really taping into that, with this on demand real estate product. What we are seeing is that consumers are flocking to it and numbers keep going up, so obviously, there is something there people want to see. I guess there is some allure to wanting to see inside people homes and see it comfortable from your living room on big TV.


Broker IPTV : What is the next step in the evolution of the product in process?


Steve Klein: The product is just evolving so quickly in the past year alone. This week, we actually have a new enhancement coming out that is going to allow our realtors and brokers to better centrally manage their listing to say an admin or central person in the office, so they can mange listings for a number of realtors that are in the office. So, what we're also doing is enhancing the templates that we have available in the web based interface. So, right now you have choice of above nine or ten templates and based on realtor's feedback, broker feedback and consumer feedback we are adding and modifying those templates to make it more affective experience for both our realtors and for our viewers.
