Tweet Deck is a platform that simplifies Twitter and helps you use it more effectively. Displayed on your computer are your replies, your twitter feed and direct messages all on one screen.  It also provides live twitter feeds to track areas of interest, such as "foreclosures" or "short sales", etc. You can also post on Twitter and Facebook at the same time and Tweet Deck makes it easy to "re-tweet" anything you would like to pass on to your clients.
