I am Zagros Bigvand with stazzel.com. Stazzel.com is a contact manger, basically like a CRM 2.0. We are a different type of CRM in that, we actually are a hierarchy based customers relationaship manager.
What we do is we contract all your referrals. Like Arnold Kings he is the real estate agent. Arnold referred first to you and you are the loan officer, say in is this scenario Prince support Kelvin, where Kelvin does not have a real estate agent. So, you dont have any way right now visually tracking this. What we do is we write it down, as loan officers, we remember that Kelvin and Looper Danial, Looper Don, well Donald doesnt have an engineer, so what if you refer to this fact the original source, because you wouldnt have the business if it wasnt for Chris Peters. Arnold is going to love you as a loan officer, lets say Arnold is a loan officer, you are the realtor. Arnold is going to love you, whoever you refer the business back to is going to love you.
Stazzel.com, it is not going to replace outlook, it not going to replace ACT, it is not going to replace salesforce.com, it is not going to replace any of the customer management solutions you are using right now. This is a niche that is going to cover a specific necessity and that is tracking your referrals. Sign up, well of course you will get your customers.
